前陣子的捷運上,總是習慣站在車門旁的我,不經意的看到了張貼在車廂上的這首詩.
一首"詠詩".看完詩在搭配當時的插畫,澎湃的情緒在心理激盪.暗暗的把詩在心理默背著.
沒想到 下了車 這首詩也隨著搖晃的車廂給讓我搖出了腦外.今天意外看到,
一股作氣的把它給po了上來囉!!




長頸鹿 GIRAFFE by 商禽

　　那個年輕的獄卒發覺,囚犯們每次體格檢查,時身長的逐月增加都是在脖子之後
他報告典獄長說：「長官，窗子太高了！」而他得到的回答卻是：「不，他們
瞻望歲月。」
　　仁慈的青年獄卒，不識歲月的容顏，不知歲月的籍貫，不明歲月的行蹤；乃夜夜往動物園中，到長頸鹿欄下，去逡巡，去守候。

GIRAFFE
After the young prison guard noticed that at every physical examination
all the increases in the prisoners' heights were in their necks, he reported to the warden: "Sir, the windows are too high!" But the reply
he received was: "No, they are looking up at Time."
The kindhearted young prison guard did not know the face of Time nor
its origin and whereabouts, so night after night he patrolled the zoo
and waited outside the giraffe pen.
